I suspected my golf grip was too weak so after some research I found this tool to be the recommended tool to solve this problem. I will say that there are minimal guidelines on how to align the arms, so I think the instructions could definitely be more detailed. But after finding a few videos of this product on YouTube, I knew exactly what to post. I took this grip trainer to the range and it's nice that you can switch from racquet to racquet quickly and easily. A word of caution - I used the trainer on a whole bucket full of balls but tore my arm a bit as there were spots where the alignment tool blistered. I would recommend using it for a few balls and then trying to replicate the grip without a machine. Over time, it only takes a few puffs to feel it. For the price, this is a nice little tutorial that can help you improve your grip. I keep it in my bag and do a few practice swings with it every now and then. Pros: Cost, portability, can be used in any club.
