I like how easy it was for me as an administrator/CIO of my organization (a large non profit)to get up & running quickly without much support from our vendor's team or other customers in general! The interface can be somewhat clunky sometimes but overall we are happy users so far - nothing major at this point except some minor UI changes would help us make things even better though!! We have been able improve efficiencies within staff time management by using doclinks' web portal which has allowed more efficient tracking / monitoring via google analytics etc., I like the fact that it is so easy to use. Also, I like the fact that you can create several different types of links so that you can use it in whichever way would be the most beneficial for the patient. I do not like that you cannot create the links outside of the app. This can be a problem when you are dealing with patients who dont have access to a smartphone. I have been able to use the app to get information to the doctors and patients very easily.
