They cut through concrete and cinder blocks about as fast as a standard drill through hardwood. (Compared to using a masonry bit with a standard bit like I did until recently, it feels like a small miracle!) If you have a masonry bit that works with SDS-Plus bits, they seem like a good product to be at a significant discount compared to big box stores.
