I like that it's easy to use, not too complex, but still has all of the features you need.

It can be confusing at first if you are new to this software, however once you get used to how everything works there isn't much to dislike about this product. If you're looking for an affordable solution with great customer service then look no further! We have been able to track our jobs in one place instead of tracking them separately through email or spreadsheets which was very time consuming. This also allows us to see what work needs to be done before we send out invoices to customers.
