The ease of use, how easy it was integrate into our systems/hardware (including wireless), ability do take screenshots or copy paste them directly in an email without any additional software; also very fast response time from their customer support team! I like that it has everything in one place, which makes our day so much easier! It's super easy once you get used too - no more having multiple spreadsheets or programs open at different times trying not miss something important during an inspection/service call etc.. The only thing i dislike about this program (and we're working with them) are their customer service reps who seem very unhelpful when they answer questions from customers via email vs phone calls as well sometimes taking longer…

I like that it's easy to use, not too complex, but still has all of the features you need. It can be confusing at first if you are new to this software, however once you get used to how everything works there isn't much to dislike about this product. If you're looking for an affordable solution with great customer service then look no further!
