The purchase brought only positive emotions.

Me and my friends were shocked that the Arctic exchanged my thermos for a new one after half a year of use! I just wrote to the Arctic that the thermos suddenly stopped heating, I was offered to take it to the SDEK for further sending to them to conduct an examination (all at the expense of the Arctic).
According to the results of the examination, the thermos was found to be faulty. And they sent us a new thermos! Thank you Arctic Team! Good luck and further prosperity! Nice to deal with decent people!

Pros

Convenient to use: easy to wash, easy to put on food or sugar with lemon for tea. It is good that there is a handle on the thermos: it is convenient to pour tea. The tea does not cool down at all despite the wide neck of the thermos! You can unscrew the inner plug a little and pour tea in a thin stream - this can be done even when your hands are dirty (we took it for use at work - my husband is a farmer), since you don’t touch the places where the tea will pour with your hands (for me it’s sooooooo important). Yes, and just a thermos is beautiful in itself.
