I chose these for serving small portions at a Halloween party and they fit perfectly. Beautiful appearance, easy to clean. Some people have complained that they are too difficult to compress. Well I recently injured my left arm (big flying rock, long story) and it has about a quarter of normal adult strength and I had no problem closing it 50 times in a row.
