The Samsung charging cables that came with our phone were too short so we bought something longer and more durable from Revain. This was a good deal for four cables giving us the length we needed. After receiving the cables, I immediately tested them to make sure they worked properly, which they did. The quality is good, the appearance is better. The problem I've noticed is that no matter what cable you buy, the phone throws an 'error' notification asking you to remove the cover for a better connection or something. This happened when I first tried the cable. I haven't seen it since I try to play "Notification" to take a screenshot. The serial cable does not. The connection is strong. I can easily transfer files from phone to computer. Is there something where the phone "knows" its aftermarket cable? Otherwise, I recommend this cable for its price and variety of cables.
