I bought these when I moved into my new house 7 years ago. Today it paid off. The appliance mechanic came to look at my dishwasher. When disconnected and reconnected, it appears to have connected the water supply incorrectly. We went out for a few hours and when we got home our trusty little water detector was yelling at us. We had a leak under the kitchen sink. Had this gone unnoticed, we would have damaged the bottom of our kitchen sink. This product is worth every penny. A few years ago he also discovered a small problem with the seal in the sink. When spraying to clean the sink, water spilled over the sink and into the closet. Our trusty little water detector noticed this and we knew we had a problem with the seal on the rim of the sink. I highly recommend this product.
