Freon leak around the thread.
As soon as I started charging the repaired air conditioner, this part started leaking freon through the threads. I used a new o-ring so the thread sizes are inaccurate. These things only tighten a little after being hand tightened so there was no reason for them to leak around the threads. Returned. 97 Ford Ranger.
