Please note: This socket is designed for copper conductors only, so if you live in an old house with aluminum wiring I would NOT choose this product. It is better to find a CU-AL approved outlet. In case you're wondering (like me) the use of Noalox (or any other antioxidant compound) with aluminum wires on a CU wired only unit is NOT NEC approved. However, if you have copper wiring, this is a great product.
