The package comes complete with poles, carrying case, assorted tips, and pamphlet. The pamphlet is very clear about how to set up and care of the poles. I've just logged a few miles on these, and them to be very comfortable. I actually like the cork grip better than my recently retired Leki poles. The Lekis lasted thousands of miles so we'll see how these do, but they seem to be of solid construction, yet lightweight. The clamping system is easy to adjust and the pamphlet descries how to test the clamps so you won't suffer slippage. Very pleased so far.
