Happiness can be different - cheap kit

This is a cheap kit but hopefully everything will still work. I ordered the clear - I've seen complaints here that it's more of an opaque "case" but make sure you remove the protective plastic and it will be clear. The HDMI adapter worked without any problems. The power button is handy. The "body" is easy to assemble and I have all the screws/spacers/nuts to assemble it. It's just plexiglass on the top and bottom, which is enough to protect things. I installed headers and it worked fine. The cooler is fine too. The biggest problem was the micro USB to USB B (OTG) adapter. Mine didn't work. I used a device with a small status LED when connected. When connected, 95% is lit. When you plug it in 100%, the light will go out. My Raspberry Pi was having trouble connecting to the devices attached to it. When it was plugged in at boot I got some errors related to the USB port. I made some money "somehow" by swiveling the cables, but the mouse jumped from all sides and was useless. Anyway I don't recommend it as it was probably the most important part for me. Using a different adapter worked fine, so these aren't my Pi/USB devices. Their happiness may vary, but for me, it depends on Revain.
