Tried a few cases and sent them all back until I got this one. Love the colour, size and accessories but the best part is the spacers and slightly longer screws to accommodate them. Here they put extra effort and it didn't really take long. Most layered packages sit directly on the board or on the USB/HDMI connectors; It's fine on the bottom, where it's smooth, but it's not on the top, even because the ports on one side make the cases crooked. I wasn't aware that the clear version of this case was covered in plastic until I read some of these product reviews. At first I was annoyed that the case didn't match the picture/description, but after I removed the foil everything was fine. Between the two panels of the case are 4 plastic racks for placing the circuit board. 3 of them were ok but 1 was broken. This is a cheap kit but hopefully everything will still work. I ordered the clear - I've seen complaints here that it's more of an opaque "case" but make sure you remove the protective plastic and it will be clear. The HDMI adapter worked without any problems.
