These gnocchi spatulas are perfect for making indentations in homemade gnocchi. The dimples are important because they help the sauce stick to the dumplings. These boards are made of bamboo and are very easy to care for. Simply rinse under warm water, wipe and dry. I never put my wooden utensils in the dishwasher; Hand wash only.
