Let's start with what I like. I like the ease of installation and the free space in my pocket. It has more than enough space for my family with 3 pieces of luggage and more. Now for the bad: It rained for maybe half an hour during the 6 hour drive to Florida. I was curious how the bag held up so I opened it up and my luggage was damp with visible water along the lining. On the way back we were out in the rain most of the time. When I opened the bag when I got home there was about an inch of standing water in the bag. I've checked all the stitching and the zipper and as far as I can tell there haven't been any issues with the bag itself. There are no holes, no rips or tears, the seams don't come apart, I don't know how water gets there, but I am very dissatisfied with this product.
