I wear them almost every day when I ride. In the winter I wear BOHN armor underneath for warmth and security and in the summer I use the knee pads on my Joe Rocket Phoenix mesh pants and they fit perfectly! I bought the 40's and they fit perfectly. I also wear the normal Levis 38-40. They're too long when I'm sitting down, but with boots and cycling, they're the perfect length. I'm 5'10'. I don't want to test them, but fully lined Kevlar jeans are the only option. Several youtube videos have pointed this out so trust me when I say buy them.
