I've been on the 3rd filter since April! Each filter lasts 2-3 weeks and then the water pressure drops quickly. I contacted support who only helped me for a minute, they made me do some awkward "tests" and then they sent me a new black filter (new white, they want to get rid of the blacks), it only has 4 Took weeks, I got in touch with them and they offered a 50% discount which I declined because they lied and falsely advertised their product that I wanted. I deserve a full refund so now I'm just being ignored. They falsely claim that this filter lasts a year or 16,000g. These are scammers, beware!
