I love how easy it is to change the filters. please never leave me I change filters quickly. The water is very hard and the limescale is terribly bad. Bottled water is just ridiculous. Where I live there is no recycling program. That's why I do my best to avoid unnecessary waste.

We started with the original filter in our new apartment and it worked well except it tasted too 'mineral' for our drinking preferences (similar to Dasani) so we decided to upgrade hoping for a cleaner flavor and that's exactly what we have now. We are very glad that we decided to try this filter.

I installed one of these filters on my fridge ice maker and after 12 months of use it was clogged so I had to order another. It's in the home of two elderly people who don't use much ice, in the city water supply. It should last over a year with minimal unplugged use! I'll try again and if I get the same results I'll look elsewhere for something that works. Not very happy with this company.

The Waterdrop filtration system really improves the taste of our chlorinated water. I installed the original system last August with the smaller WD-10UA filter and it ran for 9 months before we noticed a difference in the taste of our tap water. This time I ordered a larger WD-15UF filter to see how long it lasts. The water flow through the filter is still almost as fast as through a really hot one. Much better than the original faucet filter we used. However, one thing should not be forgotten.
