1 star because I can't choose NO STARS! IF they weren't a waste of money and energy - batteries wear out instantly - then I would suggest using a 3M Velcro too rather than the semi permanent sticky thing that makes changing batteries almost impossible. A plus was the use of a single on/off switch. But they cost a ton, and the batteries die in no time, just like in the DAYS. I played around with the batteries I had and then replaced them with new ones. In both cases, immediately all merged. I strongly do not recommend them. I bought and installed the first set of Target to test them out. I immediately thought they were the most amazing creation and solved our under counter, garage and closet lighting problems. Any place that has more light for tasks is very useful, but is not used often enough to provide access in an old house due to the basic wiring overhead. I bought a few more kits online via Amazon and batteries to cover them all and installed! Batteries were empty immediately! We only used them for one task and then turned them off. And they each use 6 AA and coins for the remote control. Money sucks and a great deal in a very disappointing purchase. Of course they're all unpacked and installed and all batteries bought before you know it. The total cost/loss for us is about $240! How can you get her back? This is a divorce!
