Review on RUALION Sharpening Stone Premium Whetstone by Mario Bullard

I use it with a sharpening guide to keep my carpenter's chisels razor sharp. It comes with a leather strap but I don't like the chisel strap. Instead, I use a thick, flat buffalo leather strap and polish it to get that crazy sharp edge. The stones make a well-made and quite durable impression. It comes with a leveling stone to keep any surface flat. This is very important for chisels and planes to get a perfectly flat/straight cutting edge. This is a good four grain on two stone system. There is a comfortable bamboo mount on the bottom with a grippy material to keep it in place. Plus two rubber pieces that hold the stone securely in the bamboo mount. It also comes with instructions on how to sharpen regular knives, but I haven't tried it yet. My bamboo holder has a crack that you can see in one of the photos. It stretches from side to side. It doesn't seem to affect functionality and I think I can fix it with some wood glue or maybe CA glue. But I deduct a star for that. Overall this is a very good complete set of water stones. They are perfect for my chisels. Four cereals are ideal. They are very flat and fairly durable. I really like the stability of the bamboo holder. The price seems reasonable compared to similar products.
