Review on Mountain bike (MTB) STELS Navigator 620 MD 26 V010 (2018) dark blue 19" (requires final assembly) by Agata Koscikiewicz ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It is of good quality, but I won't buy it again.

Great entry-level with an aluminum frame and disc brakes. Frankly, for my purposes (5km commute and walks) a 5-series with v-break and a steel frame would be enough, it's not much heavier either. Plus, at 500x, subjectively, the landing is more walking, the seat is "sofa". Here it is more for sports. But this may be due to the size of the frame. Tires changed to semi slick. He took off the wings - they rattle very much on the curbs.

Pros
  • For two months, about 1000 km of run, no problems. The brakes are excellent and brake in the rain, nothing has fallen off, the wheels are spinning, the car is moving)) I took it "to try", ride to work and around the area. Good equipment, with fenders and footrest. Toothy stock tires are good rushing through the sand. Lever shifters switch clearly.
Cons
  • I changed the stem for a shorter one - the frame turned out to be too long (19 "for my 178), Some kind of terrible visual wear of the middle chainring in the system, plus the backlash of the bushing bearings, there are proms. But I adjusted it, and everything is fine. But the star . well, the chain does not jump , no play - just looks scary. Front fork without locks, unlike 610. Heavy. Stock rubber on the pavement is noisy and "non-rolling".
