I bought this district order for a family project I was working on. I bought it at the end of November. using only one disc then trade stop malfunctions, doesn't open long enough to put in another disc, it opens, closes, opens, closes and then I unplug and restart and it still doesn't work properly even if I force the door to stay open. last cd in the door, then he didn't want to duplicate the master copy, he'll be back, revain will send me another one on wednesday, hope it works. I think once I get a working machine it will be a great product, when I bought the machine it had five stars. I really think as soon as I get a replacement I will read five stars only this one was faulty
