Materials: Cheap cheap cheap, the glass looks like it was drilled 3 years old, the metal is cheap and not even milled from one piece Threaded taps shims and stand assembly as it takes 2 seconds to look at the picture instead of trying to read poorly written instructions. It took about 10 minutes to assemble both, 8 for the first and 2 for the second. Finishing: These things TEND, I have everything as tight as I can and they will tilt as much as the base will allow, which is A LOT because the washer and nut are the ONLY thing holding the thing and the base only a few inches tall is thick, add that the rods aren't threaded together, there's a tap between them, and you have about 5 different flex points. The top sensor clamps are also wing nuts and not easy to loosen, gods only know why for the price they couldn't put a better mount on this thing. Wood or carpet to tip or transmit vibration and that is the ONLY reason they work for me if you place them where there is movement in your house they will fall off. Buy them with HIGH RISK. The only good thing about them is that they don't take up much space, but you're basically paying for an overpriced piece of tempered glass, the rest is about 5 cents for the metal.
