It cost over fifty dollars and the quality just doesn't justify the cost. With just a few adjustments, it could be a lot more. Definitely not forty-eight hundred lumens. It's just not bright enough. I have flashlights with less light output that emit this brightness without any problems. LEDs and batteries without a name, without a brand, simply don't have what it takes to achieve the declared brightness. I was afraid to put it under water for fear it would fill up immediately. It's not even a good flashlight for everyday use. I've flicked the light switch and drained the batteries many times without knowing it. Bad design all around. It came with a tiny green flat flashlight for ten cents, because that's what you'd use for navigating at night, instead of the fifty-dollar one. Two starsโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ!โ
