Hello, I ordered this device and then went through the service activation process. When you activate the device and pay for the service, you will be asked for a password. This is not your password. Wait for the second letter. At first your password is simple, but after you log in to track.inteltrack.net you can click on the username in the top right corner and change your password to a more secure one if you wish. When I received this and logged in for the first time, my device still didn't show up on the map. This is probably because my house has special insulation called E-Shield, with an aluminum coating that blocks the signal. I took the device into my car and drove, and after the blue light flashed a few times while driving, it showed where the device was on the map. This is a small transaction. So if you call the support number, you will most likely be directed to voicemail. But for me, they immediately called me back. So fast support and the device works as advertised. One feature that I really like is that the software also shows the battery life. This is a good indication of when the device needs to be recharged. Thank you for a great product and service/support.
