SousVide heater NEVER worked properly - poor customer service!
Availability About five months later, a replacement unit was finally received with numerous troubleshooting requests. This sous vide immersion cooker has never worked. The time is only set to the default 55 minutes and the countdown doesn't always start. Doesn't keep the temperature right, temperature fluctuations +/-30 degrees. Repeated attempts to contact support have not been answered. The information contains states, in order not to leave bad reviews, please contact them first. With no response to repeated requests, it's time to post this review. I recommend that you do not purchase this item if you are expecting any type of customer service.
