The first time I tried to use the adapter on the go, the pen broke off! I kept it with me throughout the trip so I could return it if the company accepted it as I had ordered it well in advance of the trip. They were thin round needles. They are the least stable, so if you use them on a different adapter, they may be more durable. However, the company emailed me right after this review and offered to either replace it or get my money back. It's great customer service and a commitment to a good product, so I really recommend them.
