We've also been very happy using their customer service team so far; they have responded quickly when issues arise such as sending too many emails per day which can cause delays from being blocked by spam filters etc., but most importantly it's nice knowing that I am not alone if something goes wrong! The only thing about trade tappers is how long does takes before you receive responses back - sometimes 2+ business days of no response after contacting them via phone call/email means i'm left wondering why my email hasn't even gone out yet? Sometimes there will be multiple people replying within minutes eachother once someone has picked up your case load!! But overall great product &amp price point. It doesn’t get.
