Product was well packaged except for a small typo on the box lol. The product came already charged, so you can use it immediately. I was skeptical at first as the suction power didn't seem that good at the highest level of 5. However, I was shocked at how much "stuff" was being vacuumed up, especially around my very oily nose. (I included some pixel art as it's obviously pretty RUGGED). So yes, it really worked. My pores around my nose immediately looked and felt smoother. The only problem was I had tiger stripe bruises on my left cheek and temple, annoying. So next time I'll try with lower settings and in less time. So
