Started with one of these L900X with a cautious and somewhat skeptical attitude. After using it for a month and seeing how this device can map spaces, avoid obstacles and leave floors spotless, we have several cat floors (white) and walnut floors (dark) so every hair is visible. We absolutely had to buy an L900X for the second floor. The variable suction is sometimes very useful on carpets, but the bottom brush does a great job of removing tangled hair from carpets. Having to work from home, I really appreciate the silent mode when you can talk on the phone or video call and not be bothered by the already low audio (you never know exactly what people are going to hear). The algorithm used to show the rooms and pick up where it left off is absolutely amazing. Be careful with wires, shoelaces, fringed rugs and small cat toys - they will get caught and stop the action. Just click "Find my robot" and it will answer (sometimes under the bed, don't leave your socks on the floor!). The support team is very responsive and only worked with them via email (easier than calling me). The bags haven't been found yet, but we're still looking. After more than 4,000 minutes of cleaning, the performance has not changed. Highly recommended.
