I am completely satisfied, item complies with description.

Like many people in the 1 star reviews, I had a similar problem. The right ear broke, the sound just stopped coming after 6 months of use. I checked on both wires (there are 2 of them in the kit), i. E. the reason is not in the wire. I took them to the store where I got them. They were replaced with new ones without any problems. I took them for a very low price (about 8k) + points. Take money back about 5 so changing to others is not an option for me. I did not lower my rating. the replacement process was simple. I hope Logitech figured out the cause of the broken right ear, and the new models will not break.

Pros

They fit perfectly on the head. Directly very comfortable with prolonged use, the head and ears do not get tired. A very good microphone. Many times I heard the question from random players, "Why is it so good to hear me."

Cons

These are still gaming headphones, in my opinion it is not justified to buy them for listening to music. The sound in them is worse than many cheaper non-gaming ones. Recently I was forced to return to the old headphones for a couple of days, once again I was convinced of this.

Has some pros Good microphone, not bad sound. Cons below: They crush the head, despite the fact that it is not very big and after several months of use, the sound in the right earpiece disappeared.
