Review on Polychromos 36 Pencil Studio Set by Carol Miller

I have worked with Prismacolor Premier and Prismacolor Verithin for many years and am very satisfied with their creamy finish (Premier) and high precision (Verithin). However, I didn't like that the Premier line breaks so often (at work, sharpening, wrong sight, etc.). I bought them because they are readily available near where I live and can use one color. They are great for many reasons. However, I heard many other European artists praising the Polychromos pens, so I decided to try them out with a 36 color set. I have now officially joined the club. They are worth all the hype. They sharpen to a large point that holds up very well. The pigment and texture are luxurious. Now I regret not having bought a larger set. Excellent quality.
