I bought this because I needed a bowl for my Ooni Koda oven. But the shell is too thick (1/2 inch) and difficult to use. You have to tilt it 40 degrees to start or get the pizza. Getting the pizza out is almost impossible, as you have to tilt the spatula at a steep angle so that the tip of the scoop's edge touches the bottom of the stone. To use it you have to drag the pizza crust with your slopes so it hits the shell because the shell is so high. Whoever developed this peeling cannot cook and has never used their own product. In addition, the shell is made of a very soft wood that easily dents and splinteres. Won't be long. It should be half the current thickness. I am an experienced pizza maker and bake over 1000 pizzas at home every year. I've made 10,000 in my life. I am a professional chef and can cook any pizza and cannot recommend this bowl. Unfortunately I can't go back because the window is over.
