Review on ProTapes Pro General Purpose Masking by Robert Ewing

This tape is perfect! Super sticky and high quality, it's great for stretching watercolor paper onto plexiglass with my 9x12 Arches 300lb nonblock paper. I use 11x14 Plexiglas that my husband bought from Home Depot, it's thicker and doesn't warp. Be careful if you decide to try this watercolor paper stretch option to use thicker plexiglass to keep the paper from warping. The edges of the plexiglass may also need to be sanded as they can be sharp enough to break the skin. An alternative to this practice would be the Arches 300 pound block as it already keeps the paper from warping. However, you cannot have multiple images while waiting for them to dry unless you have multiple pads of paper to use. However, be sure to remove the tape from the paper so that the fibers of the paper do not come loose when you remove the tape. This is very important if you want to get a good border or save a painting. I have used this tape for other purposes as well and the results have always been great! I am very satisfied, will order if necessary.
