I installed this on my 1988 300 with an older Sea Wolf windless. Made several different attempts to get it working. There are no instructions included with the kit. Just make sure you use a test lamp to make sure you have a good +- connection. DO NOT CONNECT POWER CABLES TO A WIND-FREE MAGNET. It just turns on and off. Apart from this great product. Now I can be very lazy and just sit in the cockpit and drop or weigh anchor. *** UPDATE *** I've been using it for about a year and a half and the control box has stopped working. Talk to the support team and they will take care of the broken part. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
