Reliable Adjustment is a bit difficult. It attaches to the handlebars very securely, but the knob that controls the tilt and angle isn't tight enough in my opinion, especially compared to the same model previously purchased for another bike. I had to disassemble and tinker with things which helped a little. It is possible that the lock washer provided was too thin or was installed upside down with a flat, non-locking washer. It's still worth keeping, but it might become a bigger problem if you use it for off-road mountain biking, etc.
