Update: I can see some isolation info now. AWG and 200 degrees C. However, the voltage rating is not specified. My concern is that there are no specs printed on the wire's insulation. I would think this is a requirement. Nothing on the box, nothing on the reels. The box has markings for the gauge of wire that is inside. None of these have been tested so I guess I have to believe I have 18AWG. The packaging also says silicone on one side and PVC on the other. It is described in this listing as silicone rubber. So did I get what I bought? I needed to replace some of the wiring in a 1981 amp that I was looking to upgrade. The machine I am restoring is now becoming very thick due to the diameter of the insulation. Time will tell if that was the right choice.
