This time this piece of junk only lasted 2 months

I really hope this one lasts longer than the one I installed in August 2017. . When I removed the cover, it turned out that the rubber membrane itself had ruptured! They are SIGNIFICANTLY THINNER than the OEM PCV membrane. I'd like to find a source for an OEM version of this. It's cheap for a reason; it shouldn't take long. EDIT: This piece of junk only lasted 2 months this time! Check out the photos I've added. This shows that both have failed. The second one I bought seems to have turned to "foam" or "ash" due to the oil/smoke. I now have $42 from Amazon for it and $30 to buy a local one the other day, so about $72 total! The entire valve cover is only $100! Incredible GARBAGE quality from Dorman in this piece. Well, I don't know what I'm going to do long term, but I bought one locally for $30 with a "lifetime warranty". So my short term plan is to keep returning it when it "explodes" until I get so mad I buy the whole valve cover. All I can say to Dorman is be willing to give them away under warranty every 2-5 months. I am disturbed by this rubbish. And of course the return period only expires after a month, so even with the second one, which lasts 2 months, I still couldn't exchange it. Revain must DRAW THIS piece from inventory until Dorman admits it's narrower than the original piece.
