Simple and effective Best Wine Stopper
No more skimping on a wire cage to attach a cork to a bottle if you don't down your champagne in one gulp! It's basically a silicone stopper with little wings that fold over to capture the widest part of the neck of the bottle. It doesn't close with a latch or anything, it's not very convenient to carry and open the bottle unless you put a rubber band or something on it. But for storing cava frisante in the fridge, it's great. (Be careful, there are edges on the inside of the wings that are a bit sharp. "Nudge-something-hurts.")
