I like that the AI is constantly learning, so there are no dead spots in terms of data. It does not always perform as well when working with large datasets. The interface could be improved for ease of use/consistency across all platforms (mobile). This would improve adoption by non-tech users. If you're looking for an easy way to implement machine learning into your business then this tool might work really well for you! We have been able to identify patterns within our customer's website traffic and marketing campaigns which helped us predict future sales opportunities more accurately than before we had used traditional methods.
