Good for the price: Tire

I like the tyre. It's attractive and fits well. I replaced the cord (not really a cord) with an elastic cord and it was easier to pull and tie and gave a better fit. Just one more problem. There are no drains or vents to let rainwater out, so the lid will sag after it's filled with water after rain or snow. I have to open it to drain the water.
