Works very well for external accessories
This worked great for what I needed. I had several cabana bags and bikes in a 6ft truck bed. I used rhino harnesses to hold my stuff and wanted to give the impression that nothing was going to fly off, so I covered it with a "bungee net". It was raining heavily one day and I covered the tarp and then set up the bungee...it held the tarp pretty well. I forgot to mention the plastic hooks are very flimsy... I broke 4... I used the metal hooks.
