The holes in the welds are suitable for spare parts
UPS bent the pipe during transport but not during handling and there were whole parts in the welds, the flange is limited by weld slag, that's a power loss in the bottleneck, bad, just make your own pipe. this is the second time i have had a muffler and it wasn't welded properly.
