I received these WEZVIX lasagne pans with lids and coasters in a set of 2 which was an option (as opposed to 6 sets). Well polished and shiny, these pans remind me of commercial use pans due to their sturdy feel and serious design. The stainless steel feels solid, and the rubber lids are also flexible and strong, perfect for pots with little to no water (although I wouldn't store soup or just liquid in them). Each pan has a grate that fits snugly into the base and will keep your roast or chicken out of the liquid when you use it in the oven. I wanted regular stainless steel, not a coated or non-stick surface, because I plan to use these pans at higher temperatures, e.g. B. on a grill or in a pizza oven (900 ° C). + degrees). It's also the perfect size for my toaster. Overall I am very happy with this set.
