Review on Webmedy by James Lighting

I like that they have an easy to navigate admin side, allowing me quick access/approval of work orders for our staff in multiple locations across Canada! The only thing we dislike about webmeedys system it's how slow their support team can be when you call them during business hours or try calling from home with no success - if this were fixed would make us 100% happy!! Not much but everything works well together; scheduling appointments etc., billing invoices are very timely as far back into future dates go which makes accounting easier & seamless too so its great having both systems working hand't at once :).
