The case itself looks great, but the stylus? Come on HORI, you should have thought better about it. It does not fit the Wii U controller and cannot be attached with a strap, magnet, fastener, etc.; You need to keep it somewhere close by where you won't lose it to make it handy. The protector is fine. I would still recommend buying it if you like the look. The best choice would be a HORI Splatoon cover! HORI Splatoon Protector for Nintendo Wii U (if you haven't tried Splatoon yet, you're missing out!)
