I really liked this battery tester when it was new. It wasn't long before the printer started having problems, paper kept jamming and sometimes when it printed there was nothing there. Regarding battery testing, I've had two instances where a battery worked fine but was actually bad. Used to ride a Chevy Silverado with a hatchback. The customer used the tailgate twice when the truck was not running and the battery was dead. They were able to start it and brought it back to their garden. I got to the yard later, the truck started fine for me on arrival and the battery tester showed the battery was fine. But I was using the tailgate (lowering it and then raising it again using only my body weight (I weighed about 210) and the battery started dying from not holding a charge. I ended up replacing the battery after a bit was confused The tester said the battery was ok and showed them the results of this tester I will look for a battery tester that can actually stress the battery to see how strong it is in the future.
