As the new homeowner, it was one of the most important things for me to have fans in the house. I bought a townhouse that only has windows at the ends of the apartment. Airflow can tend to be restricted when a fan is not present. So I started researching the installation and fan options. After purchasing and installing it, I can say with confidence that I am happy with my decision. Pros: My guest room is very small (8 x 11 feet) so I needed a unit that would fit the space and not be too bulky. The lamp's glass body creates a sense of spaciousness in the room, while the metal bracket looks fresh and stylish. The ceiling is 7.5 feet high so I needed a flush mount. This fan worked great and I don't feel like hitting my head moving around the room. I've never installed a fan before. I pride myself on being able to do things with my hands, but I've never remade electricity. The instruction manual made it very easy to understand. I mentioned briefly but the fan is very aesthetic. My house is more modern, with a touch of country house. The fan blades are double-sided. One side is dark brown, the other almost like white oak. Both are wonderful. I think I'll change things up every year or so. The remote control is very easy to install and use. I love this feature, although I can also use a wall switch. Excellent value for money and quality. Many similar fans cost twice as much. The airflow/fan speed is excellent. 3 different speeds help you adapt to what you need. Cons: - It's not a smart fan. It cannot connect to Alexa or other voice devices. I agree because my house is only 1,100 square feet. I keep the remote on my bedside table so it serves the same purpose. The glass body of the lamp gets dirty when touched. To do this, you must either clean thoroughly, or loosen and clean in this way. I have already purchased and installed the larger version of this fan (52 inch) in my master! Highly recommended.
