My Civic SI 03 has driven approx. 175,000 miles. The factory switch main bushing was worn and had a lot of play. It has completely solved this problem and made driving much more enjoyable. Installation took 30-45 minutes. At the top are four easy-to-access screws and two plastic pieces that hold the shifter cables in place, which need to be rotated counter-clockwise to disconnect (remove the underside of the center console, i.e. cup holders, for much easier access).
